The Whistleblowing channel serves to warn of irregular behavior within the scope of Truewind’s activities, which is part of the VINCI Energies Portugal group.
Anyone can report a crime, an offense, a serious and manifest violation of the law, of a regulation or an international commitment, a serious threat or damage to the public interest, or a violation of the VINCI Codes related to the following areas:
- Human rights;
- Environmental (pollution, asbestos);
- Business Ethics (conflict of interest, fraud, collusion, corruption);
- Health and safety at work (harassment, risky situations for workers)
