  • Responsible for managing and monitoring ticket’s activity for all the assigned queues; 
  • Organize and manage follow up meetings with unit members assigned to the Service Team’s queues;
  • Ensure that the service methodology is aligned with ITIL best practices;
  • Ensure that all requests are answered within the agreed SLA;
  • Guarantee quality of delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the technology stack, comprehending their purposes, benefits and constraints;
  • Experienced in support service delivery & customer facing;
  • Degree in computer science or other technical related fields;
  • OutSystems project experience (mandatory) and certifications;
  • Strong team leading and coaching ability;
  • Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Good analytical, organizational and planning skills.
  • High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks.
  • Pro-activity and team spirit.
  • Availability to travel;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
