Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and monitoring ticket’s activity for all the assigned queues;
- Organize and manage follow up meetings with unit members assigned to the Service Team’s queues;
- Ensure that the service methodology is aligned with ITIL best practices;
- Ensure that all requests are answered within the agreed SLA;
- Guarantee quality of delivery.
Key Requirements
- Solid understanding of the technology stack, comprehending their purposes, benefits and constraints;
- Experienced in support service delivery & customer facing;
- Degree in computer science or other technical related fields;
- OutSystems project experience (mandatory) and certifications;
- Strong team leading and coaching ability;
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Good analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks.
- Pro-activity and team spirit.
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
