- Lead services team, ensuring teamwork, commitment and controlling progress; motivate, keep team productive and manage obstacle surpassing;
- Organize and manage the service, with the Service Leads, respecting the defined methodology;
- Ensure that the service methodology is aligned with ITIL best practices;
- Develop people’s talent and skills in connection with the Customer Care Director;
- Support and coach Service Leads on their daily activities;
- Overall responsibility for the quality of delivery.
- Experienced in support service delivery & customer facing for key customers;
- Degree in computer science or other technical related fields;
- OutSystems project experience (mandatory) and certifications;
- Leadership skills;
- Cross-functional expertise;
- Full-stack background;
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Good analytical, organizational and planning skills.
- High sense of responsibility and rigor in the execution of tasks.
- Pro-activity and team spirit.
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);
