Delta Coffee needed to develop a solution that ensured the coverage of several business processes on its merchandising and advertisement products’ factory (Toldiconfex) such as action requests, repair requests, and the entire planning process, manufacturing order, loading plans, and scheduling of assemblies near the customers.
They needed to integrate this platform with the systems already developed by Truewind, in the Outsystems platform, as part of Delta Coffee’s digital transformation strategy.
Despite that, the company used paper in all business processes and to keep in line with their goal to become environmentally friendly, they needed to reduce paper usage by almost 100%.

Delta Toldiconfex Management System is a platform focused on the merchandising and advertisement products’ factory. This platform helps during different stages: receive and validate requests from all group companies related with advertising and merchandising products, planning & production, storage and assembly management. The solution has 2 mobile apps, one for the production sections and other for the assembly teams and one operations’ backoffice.
The main goal was to integrate and streamline business processes that come from Delta Mobile solution, where Toldiconfex technicians approve requests made by the Sales Reps and integrate with the Contract Management Systems, also developed by Truewind.
Toldiconfex Management System core features are reception of requests from national and international departments, production planning and monitoring, production execution by sections and workstations, transport to logistics centers, assembly teams, measurement teams. Other relevant requirement implemented was the integration with peripheral devices like tag printers via Bluetooth and bar code reader devices.
Delta Toldiconfex Management platform allowed a greater integration with Delta Coffee’s core systems increasing the business departments’ efficiency and effectiveness.
Paper removal during the business processes with Toldiconfex, contributed for the reduction of errors and loss of information on orders which impacted the business positively.
The direct intervention of Toldiconfex technicians during the approval processes improved the company’s governance and compliance.
The system that Truewind has created for Toldiconfex made possible to have greater control over production and generated a more effective product tracking across sections with the label shredding system. It also enabled real-time monitoring of the order status, production, and product assembly. Control, efficiency, and transparency are great assets.
