Location: Lisbon, PT


  • Technical degree or equivalent at least;
  • More than 1 year of experience as a service desk technician or other customer support role;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Knowledge of Databases (SQL Server and Oracle is a plus);
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Customer orientation skills;
  • Pro-activity, sense of responsibility and team spirit;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Knowledge in troubleshooting Application Servers (IIS), is a plus;
  • Knowledge of System Administration;
  • Written and oral fluency in English.


  • Provide technical and functional support for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or self-service portal;
  • Answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them or solve then yourself;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers;
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process;
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel;
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs;
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information;
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team;
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures;
  • Become a Truewinder.

What we expect:
As an excellent Service Desk Technician, you must have high technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. You must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
